United Way of the Lower Mainland is excited to host the
Out Of School Time Summit on May 24th in Vancouver.
Over the past 10 years, the number of children participating in Out of School Time (OST) programming in BC has increased significantly. Join us as we shift from a focus of quantity to quality. Together with decision makers, service providers and passionate advocates summit attendees will:
• Hear from childhood experts about real world successes in OST programming
• Discuss innovative, evidence-based practices that can be implemented through collaboration and research
• Increase the capacity, knowledge and skills of community-based providers through shared resources and networking.
• Work together to become a voice for the promotion of quality OST programs across BC
